How do I sign up for a Hotmail Email Account?

To sign up for a new Hotmail or Outlook Live email address, you need to go to the main Outlook website, and you can do this when you go to www.Outlook.com, or by going to internet.Hotmail.com, which now re-directs to the View homepage.

From there, click on ‘Create Free Account’ and you will be taken up the outlook sign up.



The first thing you will need to do is choose your new email address prefix, or username. This will have to be unique, so it can not already be in use through another Hotmail or perhaps Outlook user. It must start with a letter, however it can also contain numbers, dashes and underscores.
